Like a class syllabus, the New Member Education Syllabus for your chapter must included all of the information necessary to guide a potential member in reaching initiation. It sets forth the expectations of the potential members, and the current members of the chapter. A well-done syllabus demonstrates a commitment to the incoming members by demonstrating preparation by the chapter, and shows the importance of the experience.
