When: Tuesday, April 22, 2026, Time 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Where: MLK Union Grand Ballroom

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Easels provided
Exhibit area opens at 3:00 p.m. for set-up.

DIGITAL PRESENTATIONS:
Tables can be provided
Students should remain with any valuable equipment after setting it up.
Students are responsible for the safety of their equipment.

EXHIBITION:
Students encouraged to stay with their displays from 3:30–4:30 p.m. to provide information to guests.
