Prosecution

The prosecution had numerous testimonies from witnesses that seen Dr. Mudd in the company of other Lincoln CSI Headerconspirators. With so many testimonies, Mudd found it difficult to deny that he knew John Wilkes Booth. After another examination, Mudd finally admitted that it could have been Booth who arrived at his house on April 15, 1865. Prosecutors also confronted Mudd about his open hostilities toward the government and especially President Lincoln.
