Parking is available near the Doudna in various locations. During working hours on weekdays, parking is restricted by EIU permit in most lots, but metered visitor spaces are available on the north and east sides of the Marlin Luther King Jr. University Union.

Parking is free on weekends and after 5:00 p.m. weekdays so attending an event at the Doudna is easy and free. If you have questions about parking, please call the Doudna Fine Arts Center Box Office at 217-581-3110.

Tarble Arts Center

The Tarble Arts Center is a division of the EIU College of Arts and Humanities and features exhibits from local and international artists, as well as faculty and staff of EIU. It also offers classes for all ages for the community and serves as an artistic hub for east central Illinois.

Tours

Doudna Fine Arts Center tours are available by appointment by calling the Director's Office at 217-581-8513. Guided tours can last from 45 minutes to two hours, depending on how much of the building you would like to see. You're free to walk the building on your own at anytime, but watch out for students, classes in sessions, and creative activity happening throughout the building!
