Discipline Structure:
Non-Compliance of COVID-19 Mandatory Testing

In order to meet the expectations of the Executive Order, students and employees who do not comply with mandated testing as required will be subject to disciplinary action as outlined below.

Students | Employees

Student Disciplinary Action from Office of Student Accountability & Support

 

Following week 1 of noncompliance

Following week 2 of noncompliance

Following week 3 of noncompliance

Following week 4 of noncompliance

Students

Written warning and information sheet sent to student 

$150 fine and University disciplinary probation; ability to appeal

$150 fine and registration hold; ability to appeal

Interim suspension until testing compliance, removal from university owned housing; ability to appeal 

 

Employees

Any employee in disciplinary action is prohibited from university sponsored, out-of-state travel.

A step will not be repeated. Stated differently, once a written reprimand is made, if the employee is later again out of compliance, then disciplinary suspension will be the next step taken.

Supervisor recommends discharge subject to Director of Human Relations approval; Termination for cause; Dr. Glassman’s required approval
