President's Fund for Faculty Registration Fees Request Form

Unit A tenure or tenure track faculty members are eligible to apply for full or partial funding for registration fees to present peer-reviewed research or juried creativity activity at a national or international conference. *Multi-state regional meetings of national organizations are included.*

Criteria:

1. You must be a Unit A faculty member to apply.

2. National and International conference fees (*full-or in part) where the applicant is a presenter between October 1, 2023, and December 15, 2025. The amount reimbursable is based on the published member conference rate. Faculty may be reimbursed for non-member rates up to the maximum of the published member rate.

3. Requests from this fund must be submitted on a Travel Application 30 days prior to travel and note that President's fund was requested.
