Reason for Exceptionality I will complete all of my remaining degree requirements in the summer. I only have student teaching, internship, or practicum to complete. I completed my degree in a previous term.

If your request is denied, you may appeal the decision with the College of Health & Human Services Dean. Contact your certification officer, Janet Fopay (jlfopay@eiu.edu), about additional information you may be required to submit for appeal consideration. Keep in mind, unless unique considerations warrant it, the appeal will not be granted if you do not meet the criteria above or the established deadline for submitting your request. The decision in the dean's office is final.
