Since the death by positional asphyxia of her unarmed son, Lesley, in 2004, Dr. Prater has conducted research on the incidence of unarmed individuals dying while in custody of law officers. Her family’s story and her collection of quantitative as well as qualitative data offers insight and specific support.

Educating young consumers on money management is a valuable skill set that will be utilized at every stage of life.
