Arrival Details

Directions to Parking:  

Once you get into Charleston, you will see our main landmark Old Main, on Lincoln Avenue. Turn right (south) on Seventh Street and continue past the stop sign to the University Union (campus map).
 

Parking:  A Parking Permit will be attached to your confirmation that will be emailed to the contacts that you provide on the registration form.     

Check-in:    
Check-in for employers will begin at 9:00 am at the Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the University Union.  Each employer will be provided with a covered 8-foot table, a table sign and chairs.   

Packages:
You are welcome to ship your display or event materials to our office prior to your arrival. Please send packages to:
