Pepita's Poinsettia: Acrylic Paitning

Saturday, 03 November, 2018 @ 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM | Cost:Academy Members- $29 Non-Academy Members- $39

According to Mexican legend, a poor young girl named Pepita brought a bouquet of weeds to gift the baby Jesus. As she knelt by His manger the weeds suddenly burst into bright red flowers, thereafter known as “Flores de Noche Buena,“ or Flowers of the Holy Night. We know them as the poinsettia and will be using acrylic paints to create our own 11 x 14 masterpiece. Join us as we learn about the relationship of complementary colors in this fun and educational painting class.
