Tai Chi - Life in Balance

'Meditation in motion,' 'Chinese ballet,' 'Yoga standing up' - these are terms that have been used to describe Tai Chi. Tai Chi can help put your life in balance with movements designed to promote the interaction of mind, body and spirit. In this course, beginning students will learn basic movements of Tai Chi and Qigong, and returning students will refine their skills as all move toward higher levels of stress relief and improvement in overall health and mental well-being. Tai Chi promotes improve balance, flexibility and muscle tone in a relaxing atmosphere.
