Originating in China thousands of years ago, Tai Chi is extremely beneficial in promoting improved balance, flexibility and muscle tone. Tai Chi also aids in the relief of stress and improving overall health and mental well-being. Beginning students and those who want more experience with basic Tai Chi are welcome to join this fun and relaxing course. Instructed by Suzi Coffman.
