Thursday, 09 May, 2013 @ 06:00 PM - 07:30 PM | Cost:Free
The University of Illinois Extension Coles County and Coles County Master Gardeners are offering this unique gardening workshop. You and your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew can learn to prepare and plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and your garden plot or container. Your gardening team—that is, you and your child—will plant seeds to take home, watch grow, and trans- plant into your garden bed or container. Your team will also plant a container garden to take home so you can continue to learn about gardening together. Participants must pre-register as a gardening team.
