Meditation is non-denominational, and can be tailored to a participant regardless of their spiritual path. With this thousand-year-old meditation technique, participants will learn to lead a calmer, richer, and quite possi- bly more meaningful life. Studies indicate that meditation is efficacious for stress relief, depression, anxiety, resentments, cravings, and addictions. Many studies suggest that meditation has a positive impact on life.
