About the Tables/Booths
Table/booth spaces are 8'x5' with a table and 2 chairs provided by Booth Library. Approximately 20 table/booth spaces will be available. No electrical outlets, back drops, or table skirts provided.

Registration
Completion of this application does not guarantee a space in Artists Alley. Acceptance of an application and assignment of an exhibitor space is at the sole discretion of EIU. Please contact EIU Comic Con if you have not received notification of your application within four weeks of submission.

Terms and Conditions
By applying to be an exhibitor at EIU Comic Fest, all applicants agree to abide by all Eastern Illinois University policies. EIU reserves the right to direct exhibitors to remove any material deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
EIU reserves the right to revoke an exhibitor’s registration due to availability, policy violation, or other concerns. Exhibitors will hold Eastern Illinois University harmless for any lost revenue as a result of either table placement, event attendance, damage (loss, accident, theft, or other cause), or cancellation of the event.

Evidence of Insurance
Non-University organizations are required to provide the University with proof of insurance for $1,000,000 liability coverage for property damage, bodily injury and/or personal injury. Certificate Holder must be made out to Board of Trustees -Eastern Illinois University - 600 Lincoln Avenue – Charleston, IL 61920. Insurance can be purchased through Eastern Illinois University at 217-581-2921.
