INTRODUCTION

As an individual passionate about knowledge and learning, I constantly seek opportunities to expand my horizons and engage in meaningful conversations. Whether it's exploring new subjects, delving into diverse cultures, or embracing innovative ideas, I am always eager to embark on exciting intellectual journeys.

As a lifelong learner, I find joy in sharing knowledge and helping others in their quest for understanding. I believe that education is a powerful tool that can transform lives and empower individuals to make a positive impact on the world around them.

In my spare time, you'll likely find me indulging in reading, writing, or experimenting with creative pursuits. I am also deeply intrigued by technology and its potential to shape the future. As an advocate for personal growth and self-improvement, I strive to foster an environment of curiosity and open-mindedness in all aspects of life.

I am thrilled to be a part of this community, and I look forward to engaging in enlightening discussions and learning from each other's unique perspectives.

I really love education and technology, and my career has been a great mix of both. As an Instructional Support and Training Specialist, I've been lucky to help teachers use technology to make their teaching better and create exciting learning experiences for students. I strongly believe that using technology in education can open up many possibilities and help students do their best.

I also work as an Adjunct Instructor in the School of Technology, where I get to teach and share knowledge with students who want to become technologists and innovators. It's so rewarding to see them grow academically and professionally. I always try to create a positive and fun learning environment where students can explore, try new things, and think critically.

With my background in technology and experience in supporting educators, I have a good understanding of how to use technology effectively in education. I'm always excited to learn about the latest advancements in the tech industry and the new ways of teaching and learning to assist the staff and faculty in any way I can.

Education & Training

I am a proud alumnus of EIU School of Technology. During my time at EIU, I completed my undergraduate degree in digital media and also pursued a minor in Media technology, which allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

After my undergraduate studies, I was driven by a passion for digital media and a desire to deepen my expertise. This led me to Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, where I successfully completed my master's program in Digital Media. It was an enriching experience that further honed my skills and broadened my perspectives in this exciting field.

Upon graduating, I had the incredible opportunity to work at Idea Entity, a leading dat solutions company, as a UI/UX designer. For two years, I was immersed in the dynamic world of industry practices, collaborating with talented professionals, and contributing to innovative projects that shaped user experiences.

However, my love for education and the desire to inspire others in the field of technology called me back to EIU School of Technology. As an adjunct instructor, I had the privilege of teaching Web development and trend in digital media courses during the last spring semester. It was a rewarding experience to share my knowledge and mentor the next generation of tech enthusiasts.

Each step of my journey has fueled my enthusiasm for digital media and technology. I am passionate about leveraging technology to create compelling user experiences and staying at the forefront of industry trends. My diverse experiences as a student, professional, and educator have shaped my perspective and equipped me to thrive in this fast-paced and ever-changing field.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunities that have come my way, and I am excited to continue making meaningful contributions to the world of education and technology.

Community

My life is filled with exciting things that make me happy. I love graphic design, where I use art and technology to make beautiful images with powerful messages. It's like painting with a digital brush, and I feel free to express myself through my designs.

I also enjoy being outdoors and going hiking. It's peaceful and lets me explore nature's beauty. I walk on different trails, through the trails around Charleston lake, and the sights are breathtaking. It refreshes my mind and inspires me for my creative work.
