Dr. Youjin Yang is an early childhood education specialist. She is an experienced teacher in early childhood inclusive setting and worked with children and families from different cultures. 

Her research interests include but are not limited to diversity and inclusion, ESL/Bilingual language development, parenting, education history, pre-service teachers’ perception of teaching as a profession, education policy and standard, and technology use in education.
