Matt Davidson is currently the Senior Director of Business Development for the Farnsworth Group. Matt is a Business Development Leader for Illinois and Indiana for the Farnsworth Group delivering outstanding customer service. Farnsworth is a full-service engineering, architect, and survey firm. He has 38 years of experience working with local and state governments, and the private sector. Matt works to bring people together to create opportunities and solve challenges. He has received the following honors in his career: EIU Louis V. Hencken Alumni Service Award; EIU Alumni Association President; one of the inaugural Friend of Transportation Awards given by the Transportation for Illinois Coalition; Southern Illinois Mayors Association Dedication and Service Award; and the Outstanding Service Award selected by the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation. Matt has served on the EIU School of Technology Advisory Board for approximately ten years. He is also a member of the EIU Graduate School Advisory Board.
