Animal Care County Animal Rescue & Education (CARE) County Animal Rescue & Education (CARE) is a small not-for-profit county rabies control center and animal shelter that serves Coles County in East Central Illinois. Volunteers are needed Monday-Friday from 10am - 3pm to help walk dogs and play with cats. Volunteers must wear tennis shoes. No advance appointment is needed.
