EIU Civic Engagement and Volunteerism

Spring 2020 PLAY After-School Program Sites

Our office offers several different PLAY (Positive Learning for Active Youth) after school programs that our EIU Panthers provide the person power for. We are looking for volunteers who can make a weekly 2-hour commitment for 11 weeks during the semester. As a PLAY volunteer, you have the opportunity to be a mentor to local elementary aged kids, help them with their homework, act as a role model and build genuine relationships with kids who need a positive connection with an adult! See below for site descriptions, days and times!

Please sign up here or email volunteer@eiu.edu with any questions you may have!
