Thomas Hall Council is the governing body of the hall. Through the council Thomas has been able to provide various different activities, equipment, and social events to its residents. The Thomas Hall Council meets weekly in the lobby to discuss its business and/or host a programming event.

The Exec board is made up of a President, Vice President, Hall Improvements Officer, RHA Representative, Publicity Officer, and a Secretary/Treasurer. These members are then overseen by three advisors, the Resident Director, Associate Resident Director, and then a Resident Assistant advisor. These members will have their weekly exec board meeting to discuss upcoming events and meetings.

Currently the Thomas Hall Council meets every Tuesday at 9 pm in the lobby.
