The Construction Laboratory exposes students to construction equipment and materials relating to a range of construction processes. Students gain experience in principles of construction and cost estimating of materials, labor, and equipment that are applied to residential and commercial projects. Skills in the area of project management such as contracting, specifications, codes, safety practices and management skills that are utilized in modern construction processes are also taught in this laboratory. |
