Training & Development
The graduate program in Technology prepares students to become more effective leaders in today’s technological and global environment. Effective leaders help people perform at a level that can improve an entire organization. Study in Training and Development is suitable for students who aspire to be a part of performance improvement teams in industry and business.

Graduate assistantships are available for qualified degree candidates. The graduate assistantships give students opportunities to supervise technology laboratories and assist faculty with research process. It also provides tuition waivers and monthly stipends.
