• Assessed the efficiency/effectiveness of the Electrical and
Mechanical Engineering Laboratories donated by the Netherlands
Government to “Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria,” UNI in Nicaragua
• Assessed the efficiency and effectiveness of graduate studies in
CAD/CAM laboratories/academic programs in Bolivian Universities
