I believe the COS program is an excellent way
for adult students to return to college to complete a Bachelor
of Science degree. The classes are filled with learning and experinces
that cause you to think and grow personally and professionally.
It is amazing and wonderful to see students' self-esteem and confidence
grow as they progress through the program. For me personally the
program allowed me to soar to new heights of academic inquiry
and to experince new insights and perspectives, while completing
a degree which was not possible when I was younger.

The Career & Organizational Studies Program
uses unprecedented methods of experiental and accelerated learning.
The professors are the best you'll find anywhere. The content
of a COS course is not just learned; it's experienced!

The COS program really caters to the adult learner.
All of the professors seem very open to the need of the "over
25" crowd. There is a great deal of emphasis on small group
dynamics as a means of sharing experinces and learning form each
other.

The Career & Organizational Studies Program
has an impact on my professional growth by giving me the tools
to grow in marketing and earn a raise in my current career.
I have also been given the chance to move up in my career due
to my new capabilities that I have learned in my COS classes.
- Rachel Smithenry
When I decided to go back to school, I chose
the COS Program because of its credibility, reputation, convenience,
geographic location, and applicability. I knew the program would
help me stay abreast of current business practices and the courses
would be taught by well trained instructors who know how to connect
with students as “real people”.
