Make connections and reconnect with fellow EIU art alumni
This Homecoming, make new connections, and reconnect with fellow art alumni at the opening of an exhibition featuing works by former Eastern Illinois University graphic design students spanning two decades (curated by Mary Leonard-Cravens and Sam Tableriou).
Oct. 16, alumni are invited to review portfolios by current Eastern design students, and join a reception at the Doudna Fine Arts Center, hosted by EIU Alumni Services and the Art Department. Then on Oct. 17, the exhibition opens on Homecoming with a symposium and reception at the Tarble Arts Center.

Because the Homecoming Parade it is recommended that you access the Tarble by coming from the south on 9th Street:
- From Lincoln Avenue/IL-16 take 4th Street south to Roosevelt Drive, then turn left/east onto Roosevelt (just past Lawson Hall) to 9th Street, then turn left/north on 9th to the Tarble.
- From 18th Street/IL-130 take Edgar Drive west to 9th Street, then turn right/north on 9th to the Tarble. (Edgar Drive is just north of the Heritage Wood entrance and south of the Casey’s gas station.)
