Kim Ervin, Student Technology Training Specialist Kim provides technology demonstrations, training, and references to Eastern Illinois University students that advocate a total integrated learning experience by enhancing skills in technologies used to complete coursework, conduct research in labs, complete service learning activities, and achieve personal development. Kim has earned her Bachelor of Science in Business, with a marketing concentration, a Master of Science in Technology with a training and development concentration, and a Graduate Certificate in Work Performance Improvement all from EIU. Along with her education, Kim uses her combined 19 years work experience in marketing, training, program development, and college student development to increase the technology skills of students so they may have a richer academic experience at EIU. Patrice Gurley, Student Technology Training Assistant Patrice is currently a senior at EIU, pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). Patrice loves learning about new technology and enjoys figuring out how new things work without having to use a manual. She also enjoys learning how to use new software programs. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends, and also spends a significant amount of time on the Internet. After acquiring her degree, she plans on seeking out a job in the networking field.

Sandra Henderson, Student Technology Training Graduate Assistant Sandra is a graduate student currently pursuing a Master's in Technology degree with a Training and Development concentration and a certificate in Work Performance Improvement. Sandra also earned her bachelor's degree at EIU. She enjoys spending time with family and attending various EIU events.

Michael Reeter, Student Technology Training Assistant Michael is a fourth-year student majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS). He enjoys learning new things about computers and learning about new technology devices. He also like spending time with his friends and participating in intramural sports, such as soccer and football. After college, he hopes to find a job either near his hometown of Bloomington, Ill., or in the Chicago area.
