Lifters of the Year

 

Football Lifter of the Year

The Football Lifter of the Year Award is given to the athlete who accumulates the most
T-score points for 6 different tests (Power Clean, Squat, Bench Press, Vertical Jump, Standing Long Jump and 20yd Shuttle), and also passes the conditioning test.
The award is given during the August testing period.

The Olympic Sports Lifter of the year is awarded annually, by the strength & conditioning staff, to the EIU athlete that has consistently demonstrated hard work and a positive attitude in the area of strength & conditioning to improve themselves and their team.
