The Football
Lifter of the Year Award is given to the athlete who accumulates the
most T-score points for 6 different tests (Power Clean, Squat, Bench Press, Vertical Jump, Standing Long Jump and 20yd Shuttle), and also passes the conditioning test. The award is given during the August testing period. |

Sports Lifter of the year is awarded annually, by the strength & conditioning staff, to
the EIU athlete that has consistently demonstrated hard work and a positive
attitude in the area of strength & conditioning to improve themselves
