Senator Kromphardt is a senior political science major with minors in philosophy and pre-law. His hometown is Spring Valley, IL, and this is his second semester on Senate.

He is the current Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee, and he has sat on Faculty Senate and the Diversity Affairs Committee in the past. Outside of Senate, he is the President of the College Democrats, and is the Student Dean of the Honors College.

When Mr. Kromphardt is not in class or involved in these organizations, he likes reading, playing cards, and doing physical activities, such as running or playing volleyball.
