Eastern offers several fraternities and sororities, each offering something different to the members and campus community. Greek organizations offer leadership, social, and professional activities that create rewards, benefits, and memories that will last a lifetime! |

Multicultural programming is coordinated each year through different students, faculty, and staff groups. Some student groups include: Black Student Union, Latin American Student Organization, Association of International Students, EIUnity, and University Board. Events are coordinated for Women's History Awareness Month, African American Heritage Celebration, Hispanic Heritage Celebration, and many other celebrations!

Student Government is an RSO that serves as the governing body for the students. Divided into three branches, Executive, Legislative, and Judicial, Student Government is the link between the EIU administration and the students. Student Government aids EIU Administration officials in tuition/fees and other policy decisions. Student Government undertakes any issue or project that the student body requests--it's their job! |

University Board is an RSO that is committed to providing quality entertainment for hte campus community. UB members share responsibilities in planning and implementing campus-wide events.
