Burgner Memorial Scholarship

Description:  The recipient of the Burgner Memorial Scholarship shall be graduates of either Mattoon or Charleston High School, majoring in Biological Sicences, desiring to study botanical sciences, animal systems, or enviornmental science. The recipient shall be of excellent character and evidence a tendency to pursue their eudcation in a studious manner. Financial need of the recipient should not be a factor in selection.
