Dr. Louis Grado Scholarship in Education and Service
Description: Established in 2011, the recipient shall be a full-time student, majoring in Education, accepted to Eastern Illinois University and in good academic standing. The recipient shall demonstrate a commitment to teaching. Preference shall be given to applicants who strive to provide service and/or pursue a career in a public service profession. Financial need shall be the determining consideration. The recipient may be eligible to apply for, and receive, the award again provided he/she continues to meet the stated criteria. The award shall be selected in the Spring semester and payable the following Fall semester. Applications will become available on February 15, 2013.
