William E. Adams Memorial Scholarship

Description:  The recipient must be a full-time student, minoring in Pre-law, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. If Pre-law is not a curriculum option, then the recipient must be a full-time student, majoring in History, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must have an overall GPA of 3.0. Financial need shall be a consideration.
