David Coon Memorial Scholarship

Description:  The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, majoring in Special Education, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. Financial need is a consideration. The recipient must have a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The recipient(s) must submit an essay that illustrates how working with students with special needs has impacted the recipient(s) and how they hope to impact students with special needs through education.
