Description:  The recipient(s) must be a full-time junior or senior majoring in Biological Sciences with an overall GPA of at least 3.0. The recipient(s) must use the award to travel to the tropics for studies in tropical biology. The recipient(s) must display financial need for the award. A written application is required. Students may receive the award no more than twice.
