Description: The recipient(s) shall be a full-time student accepted to Eastern Illinois University who demonstrates academic talent and graduated from Charleston High School in Charleston, IL. The recipient(s) must have a declared major in mathematics or science. Financial need is not a consideration. The recipient(s) may be eligible to apply for, and receive, the award again provided she/he continues to meet the above stated criteria.
