Howard DeForest Widger Scholarship

Description:  The scholarship shall be made to one person who at the time of selection is registered in the college in the four year teaching curriculum with a major in English. Criteria for the selection shall be character, scholarship in English, and skill in teaching which promise service of distinction. The scholarship is awarded in the Spring.
