John Kelley Scholarship

Description:  The recipient must be a full time student, majoring in Elementary Education, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must have an overall GPA of at least 2.0. The recipient must be a freshman. Preference will be given to the recipient who intends to teach Art in an elementary school. If no recipient who intends to teach Art is available, then the award may be made to a recipient who will teach in elementary school. The recipient must display a need for financial aid. The recipient may receive the award only once. The award shall be issued in the Fall Semester. Applications will become available beginning December 1st.
