Lucille M. Klehm Technology Education Award
Description: The award recipient shall be majoring in Technology Education or Career and Technical Education with an emphasis in Technology Education. The recipient shall be in good academic standing at EIU. The recipient shall have an academic record from EIU or any other colleges or universities previously attended that proves he/she will pursue a career in Technology Education. The recipient shall be, upon graduation from EIU, qualified to teach in Illinois public schools. The recipient must show promise as a teacher. Other criteria include personal qualities and participation in departmental activities. Financial need shall be a criterion only to the extent determined by this Award Committee.
