Frances W. McColl Scholarship
Description: The recipient shall be of junior class level either majoring in English-Teacher Education or Journalism- Public Relations or Magazines. The recipient must be a full time student, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must be a Junior at Eastern Illinois University at the time of selection and must enter the Senior year as a full time student in the designated academic area. Outstanding scholarship and leadership should be considered in the selection of the recipient. The English Department awards in odd-numbered fiscal years and the Journalism department awards in even-numbered fiscal years. This award is announced in the Spring and issued in the Fall.
