Walter & Margaret Lowell Voluntary Service Scholarship
Description: The recipient must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with at least one semester of residence at Eastern Illinois University and currently enrolled at Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must have offered substantial volunteer service in the local community. GPA is not a consideration. Financial need is not a consideration. The award shall be announced each Spring and issued in the following Fall Semester.
