Dr. J. Glenn Ross Scholarship

Description:  The award recipient shall be duly enrolled as a student at Eastern Illinois University. The recipient shall be an undergraduate student with a major in the field of Speech Communication. The recipient shall be a sophomore, junior, or senior as defined by the University catalog. The recipient shall have demonstrated outstanding scholastic achievement and give promise of future success in a speech communication field. Financial need shall be a criterion only if two or more finalists are judged by the selection committee to be equal in all other respects. Applications will become available on February 1, 2013.
