Elsie and Erson Giffin Scholarship Fund

Description:  The recipient shall be an undergraduate student enrolled at Eastern Illinois University at the time the award is paid. The recipient shall be a student enrolled in an academic program administered through the School of Home Economics. The recipient shall be an outstanding student who has shown creativity, achievement and leadership in his or her past academic performance.
