Ruth Gaertner Scholarship

Description:  The recipient shall be a home economics major enrolled in the dietetics option. The recipient shall be a student completing his or her junior year of study as defined by the university catalog. The recipient shall be a person, who in the judgment of the Scholarship Committee, rates high in respect, assumption of responsibility, and scholarship. Financial need may be considered by the Scholarship Committee, but it shall be considered only after the number of candidates has been reduced to three or less by the application of all others stated criteria.
