Description:  The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, accepted to EIU, majoring in U.S. or Latin American History. They must be an undergraduate, second semester, sophomore or junior class level and maintain a 3.2 average GPA on a 4.0 scale in the History major. Preference will be given to students not receiving other awards.
