Iva P. Miller Special Education Memorial Scholarship

Description:  The recipient must be a graduating high school senior or an undergraduate full time student, and accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must be a Special Education major. The recipient must display a need for financial aid. The recipient shall be eligible to apply for, and receive, the award again provided she/he continues to meet the criteria stated above. The award may be announced in the Spring Semester and shall be paid in the following Fall Semester.
