Irvin L. Sparks Memorial Scholarship

Description:  The scholarship recipient shall be a high school senior, EIU freshman or sophomore majoring in Physics. The recipient must show high scholastic talent, be able to acquire recommendations if requested from his/her high school physics and mathematics teachers, and prepare a written statement concerning the scholarship.
