Ruth Miller Esbeck Scholarship

Description:  The recipients must be a full time student, majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipients must be from east central Illinois. The recipients should have an interest in textiles, but this is not a requirement. Financial need and academic ability may be a consideration, but are not a requirement. A recipient shall be eligible to apply for, and receive, the award one additional time provided she/he continues to meet the criteria stated above since first receiving the award. The award shall be issued in the Fall Semester and paid one half in the Fall Semester and one half in the following Spring Semester.
