The Reading Center is located in Suite #1320 on the first floor of Buzzard Building, which is located on the EIU campus in Charleston, Illinois.

The Reading Center is open during the Fall and Spring Semesters. It is closed during the summer and for all EIU recognized holidays and recesses.
