Ms. Tipton (M.A. in Political Science, Eastern Illinois University, M.L.S. University of Maryland) teaches introductory courses in International Relations and American Government/Constitution. Ms. Tipton received the Distinguished Master's Thesis Award and the Department of Political Science Outstanding Graduate Student Award. She also serves as the Political Science Librarian at Booth Library.
